I recommend going to the salon for deep conditioning. If you feel like it would be too much money, go out and buy Tresemme Instant Self-Heating Oil. It's probably only three dollars. When you're in the shower just water your hair make sure its completely wet then massage the oil into your hair. You'll feel it's warmness. Then just follow the instructions on the box.

My hair used to do that all the time. It's probably dried out and maybe a little damaged. Try getting a really hydrating condtioner. You might wanna use it every night, depending on your hair type.

Sounds like you need a good conditioner. Try Dove intensive therapy conditioner or leave in conditioner. Just spray it on when your hair is wet. Also, to avoid spit ends get a trim every six weeks. This should help!
