I don't really know what you mean by fluting but if I guess right you probably mean FLIRTING... I would say it is about the same in every language. You smile, you laugh, you try to understand and communicate with people who speak english and soon you will learn that flirting in arabic or in english does not matter really for everything is in the sharing of things.

I do hope that you are not crucified for your English. I applaud you.
"fluting" is not the correct word for "fluent".
Fluting could be understood as "one who is playing a flute". A flute is a musical instrument.
"langige" should be "language".
In English, " I ", "Arabic", "I'm", is always capitalized. All proper names, countries, and cities, are capitalized.
I'm not a teacher, but I've spoken English for a long time. If you would like to "pick my brain",
meaning to learn whatever I can teach you, email me or IM me.

If I were you I would take a class, the people in this forum will try but as you see there are a lot of people who's 1st language is English who are still have obvious problems. There are perfect speaker, One thing no one can help you speak Better English they can help you speak English BETTER or PROPERLY. Remember the English language is one of the most difficult languages to perfect with it's many idiosyncrasies, slang and abbreviations. You may never be fluent but you will be able to speak the language, as someone whose mother tongue is Arabic may say there is no person who speaks it perfectly.
Good luck to you.

You're English is better than my Arabic!!
Practice, practice, practice. Read English newspapers, watch English-language television. Where do you live? In UK there are support groups for people learning another language where they can go and speak and practice.
And it's 'fluent', not 'fluting', but good try, it's a hard language to learn!

A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

You need to talk, talk and talk to people who speak English right. Watch TV, listen to the radios, and read English books. Most importantly, do not learn English from Yahoo Answers posters. Most of these people write terrible English.

I am assuming you mean Your oral English. You have to mix with people your own age if possible and converse with them as much as you can. You can either mix with English people and make friends with them or join some clubs where it is dominated by English speaking people. Watch TV shows, serials and news. All this will help you.
