In Biblical Latin you would probably see either
"Deus me benedicat" or "Deus mihi benedicat".

In Classical Latin "Deus me beatum efficiat" (May God make me blessed)

If you mean the ancient language Latin rather than Latin American (Spanish) as assumed by the answerers above,
I'd say it should be

"Deus me benedicat."

But if you really mean Latin American Spanish, then, the correct answer would be:
"¡Que Dios me bendiga!"

bendice dios or dios me bendice.

Although different dialects (Puerto Rican, Cuban, Dominican, etc.) will say it in different order and the words may be slightly different.
