I look 3 or 4 yrs elder than my age..What should i do to look atleast of that age which i belong to???
i wear spectacles is that the reason that makes me look elder or my skin surface is as that of a mature guy!!
Plz help me sought this one out!!!

Heylo, well ... You should indeed drink more water and exercise more, and I also think you should take care of your skin more, if you have wrinkles/dull skin/crow's feet/fine lines/etc., that can be aging, and wear contact lenses if your spectacles are aging. And just remember to smile, dress your age, and act young ... If your attitude is young, it will carry out into your physical appearance. =)

Go get a facial and a massage. Get a complete makeover beginning with some contacts or smaller glasses. Then get a hair cut. Then change your attire. A new look makes all the difference in most cases. Another thing .......smile......it lifts the muscles making you look refreshing. Oh yeah working out helps also to define your bodies positive points.

Moisturize moisturize moisturize(face and neck)! And drink plenty of water...getting rid of the glasses will help too.
