In answer to your question though, saliva is good to clean wounds, but your mouth is a breading ground for germs. If you dribble on your wound it would be better.

depends, u get scratches from sharp objects now those sharp objects might be contaminated in some way. e.g. a rusty knife, so in this case if u lick your blood u will be licking a mixture of blood and rust left by the knife on the wound, the blood ain't harmful but the rust is. so its better than u don't lick it. be careful

and yes saliva has got chemicals to stop blood from flowing, wash the wound thoroughly before u start licking it. even better use dettol and bandage

no, but by licking the scratched part of your body, there is a possiblity that you lick on the bacteria or germs that you got by the scratch. that is why it is advised to clean a scratch or wound with alcohol or antiseptic to prevent germs from entering your body.

no its not ,in fact its good for you.your spit and tongue have good bacteria in them.same as a dog or cat lick their wounds and heal them selves.not harmful at all.
