Your local wal-mart will set the price for this -- so just call them and ask. This is based on the local area -- some areas cost more than others due to conditions present (like I expect Los Angeles and NYC to be higher cost per print than in some small town where the cost of living is much lower).

At my local Wal-Mart they are 22 cents. Remember, if you print 50 or more at the same time you will receive a bulk discount. After the discount at my local Wal-Mart they are 19 cents.
I'll tell you what, they do not look too bad.
If you use the 3 day digital print service, the print can be as low as 15 cents.
In reality, Yahoo! Answers is probably not very helpful for this question. Prices vary. Get on the phone and call your local Wal-Mart and ask to be transfered to the Photo-Lab.

I just picked up regular 35 mm fils and got 3" color Prints one copy and paid $3.12 I know when I scanned a picture and made and 8x10 it was like $8. But I would call and ask Prices might be different and vary from state to state!
