My first pregnancy I gained 30 lbs. and lost it all by the 3rd week. I gained over 60 lbs. with the last pregnancy, I had severe preeclamsia, lots of water weight gained. I lost almost 20 lbs. in the first two weeks. Then lost another 9 lbs over the next two weeks. I was very ill for a long time. Within 5 months I was back to my original weight. The last was much harder to bounce back from!

Two years ago I was pregnant with twins...I gained about 16 kilos[I only know kilos..sorry] during pregnancy which wasnt a lot considering I was carrying 2 babies. After labor I lost about 6 kilos automatically but my tummy was still pretty big for a long time after..I just couldnt lose it nor weight.Today,2 years later,I am still trying to lose all my extra kilos..recently I have begun a healthy diet...hopefully I can set my mind to it and lose at least 15 kilos which is my goal..

With my first one, I had lost 35 pounds by six weeks postpartum. I had lost a total of 60 pounds at six months. I did not try to lose the weight. By the way, I had gained 55 pounds.

I gained 36 lbs, the day I came home from the hospital I was 16lbs lighter, by the time she was 3 months old I was 29 lbs lighter. She's 14 months old and I just had a physical and I weigh 3lbs more than I did before, which is fine since I was so thin before. I breastfed for a year and walked a lot.

I lost all but 10 lb. with both of my pregnancies. (Gained 80 with the first one, lost 70 and gained 40 with the second one and lost 30.) This took about 6 months with my first child and 9 with my second.

Well unfortunately its not as easy for all of us. I gained about 40 lbs. during my pregnancy and lost about 15 immediately following labor. As for the rest of it I was not so lucky. I stayed about 30 pounds heavier than before the pregnancy for about 3 yrs. As of now I am starting to reclaim my before pregnancy body and I am getting closer and closer to my before baby weight.

35 in 60 days. I walked 3 times a week for increasing distances. Drank lots of water and ate fruit and salads during the day. Regular meals at evening. Didn't snack in the evening. I only drank water when up with the baby at night. Resist the temptation to eat when tired that is what really nails you.

It depends on how much of that was not apart of the pregnancy but rarely do women loose all of their pregnancy weight within the first year and it seems like the more kids you have the longer it takes to come off.
