This is when you are talking to one person

if you are a man "Me vuelves loco"
if you are a woman "Me vuelves loca"

This is if you are talking to somebody you respect like your teacher, an old person or your boss

if you are a man "Me vuelve loco"
if you are a woman "Me vuelve loca"

This is when you are talking to two or more people

if you are a man "Me vuelven loco"
if you are a woman "Me vuelven loca"

me vuelves loco(a).........me haces "looney-tuneys'"....not really!....I am going to assume that you want to say it to a spanish speaking male.....and lets say he is driving you crazy about him tell him.........."no puedo frenar el corcel que agitas las ganas"....it comes from a song and it say that you become like a wild horse that can't control yourself and that all of you desires and wants come forth..wanting to be with him.....or something like that!!!

This is difficult, because in Spanish, whether the craziness is welcome or not is expressed in words. In English, it is communicated by inflection.

So, if you like it, it is 'loco'

If you don't like it, it is 'mal loco'

Hope this helps.
