My husband has just lost 8 kilos with a great diet, and he didn't feel hungry. He was under the guidance of a nutritionist and she is great! Find one in your area. Whoever said doing it in a group is better is right, someone watching over you is the motivation most people need.
Eat five times a day
Don't eat more than three slices of bread a day and find one with no preservatives or additives
No sauces at all (except homemade mayo)
drink at least 2 litres of water a day
Skimmed milk one glass a day only
no bananas, melon or potatoes
Any meat or fish grilled or roasted
Nothing fried
Different things make different people put on weight. Your starting point weight is very important so SEE A SPECIALIST even if what you want to lose is relatively small. Don't obsess.... remember you're beautiful on the inside no matter what!

The answer is no, and anybody who tells you otherwise is mistaken or lying. There is no good diet. Period.
Luckily, there is a way to eat healthfully. You have to change your habits somewhat, and your attitude toward food. But once you do, you will lose weight, feel healthier and have more energy.
Here's what you need to do:
1. Don't eat any fast food at all.
2. Avoid processed foods.
3. Never eat anything that contains corn syrup. Ever.
4. Have breakfast every day. Never skip meals.
5. Eat lots of fiber.
6. Eat protein with every meal.
7. Don't eat within two hours of bedtime.
8. Drink lots and lots of water.
9. Take a daily vitamin/mineral supplement.
10. Exercise regularly.
I know it's hard to do within a busy work schedule. I have the same problem. But here are some suggestions:
1. Bring a lunch instead of buying lunch. Try a lean turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, or a mixture of whole grain pasta, broccoli and tuna.
2. Bring healthy snacks with you. There is nothing wrong with snacking during the day. In fact, it's a good idea because then you won't come home hungry and binge eat. Examples of snacks: Lowfat cottage cheese, nuts (walnuts, almonds, macadamia nuts, etc.), hard boiled eggs, Pirate's Booty (a brand of all-natural cheese puff), dried fruit, or fresh fruit.
3. Keep one of those big bottles of water with you at all times. Crystal Light makes little "to go" packets that you can put into a bottle of water to make instant juice or tea. They're an excellent option if you find it hard to keep drinking plain water, as I do.
And don't forget to exercise!
Good luck.

South Beach Diet, but you must try to eat more regularly.
Otherwise, you need to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. The 45 minute thing is not true, but don't over 60 minutes at a time.
Do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Good luck and stick at it.

TRy this, i stole it from some1..lol
1. Cardio
-Drink 10 glasses of water a day. Exercize Cardio for at least a half hour. I personally do a half hour run, and a half hour walk.
2. Core
-Crunches. I manage about 100 or so, working on your torso is usually where the fat is anyways, plus it strengthens your back and helps form.
3. "Fun Day"
-This is my favorite day. Pick a sport and do it for at least one hour. I chose BMX Racing, so I do that for as long as I want.
4. Cross Training
-This is where you mix it up. I do Cardio for a half an hour and Yoga for the other half.
5. Machiene Workout
-Use a stationary bicycle, a Stairmaster, whatever it is you want, but do it for a half an our, to an hour.
Drink alot of water while doing this. It'll boost your energy and help ya drop the weight. Good luck.

Don't worry about diets, eat regularly, healthy and eat breakfast. I find taking food to work helps you to eat because its right in front of you and you can't make excuses about not having time to eat. Keep a water bottle on your desk/in your car so you can drink water throughout the day. If you do these things you shouldn't have a problem.
