It is true that Israel used Cluster Bombs, to kill the infant Lebenonese and Palastenians, which is supplied by U.S., & U.K.,
Because first of all Israel is not at all a legetimate country.
In fact Israel is illegitimately created by U.K.,
In fact Israel is the worst kind of Terrorist and Fascist group of the world and how can we expect, obediance and respect of International Law, Treaties and Declarations, in respect of Nuclear Weapons and Human Rights, from the 'Worst Terrorist and Fascist of the World' viz., the Israel.
And that is the reason Israel has no values for the destruction of human beings and has no values for International Law, Treaties and Declarations, in respect of Nuclear Weapons and Human Rights.

Israel has never used Nuclear weapons. Not even Hezbollah has made that accusation. International law is an oxy-moron. There is not and cannot be an international law making body. As for treaties, you can't violate a treaty you never signed. I don't know what you mean by Declarations. If you mean something the UN said, the UN complains anytime anyone suggests enforcing any of there resolutions.

First, Israel has not used any nuclear weapons.
Second, Israel has not signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty, so they can't have violated it. That's 0 for 2 of your assumptions.
As far as violating international law, so has the US, and far many more times than Israel has. So, if that's your standard, the US should be disarmed first. Especially since we are the only country to have every used nuclear weapons against people.

You are obviously either not native English speaking or you're not very good at sentence structure. First of all, Israel did not use nuclear weapons--if they had, we would all know about it because Israel is a member of the nuclear arms committee, like we are. Secondly, when Hizbollah hid among civilians and the civilians supported them all along, what did you expect them to do? Israel left Lebanon in 2000 but the Hizbollah kidnapped two soldiers without cause. They started this. I agree that Israel reacted with a vicious assault, but what's the right amount of retaliation for what Hizbollah did, and who's to say? I think all war is bad, but it seems that it's always convenient to blame the Jews for the world's miseries. They always had to fight for their lives because the bullies always picked on them. Why doesn't anyone ever see the truth?

Where do you get your information?? From the Hezbollah Daily Chronicle or the Islamic Fundamentalist Tribune??
Get a grasp on reality. If Israel didn't have the means to defend itself....oh, hell, get a clue - check out what the leaders of Israel's neighboring countries are quoted as their agendas concerning Israel's right to even exist and see if you can count the number of times in just the last year that innocent men, women and children in Israel have been the target of Muslim Extremists.........
Disarm Israel? That's really an intelligent plan -if your an Islamic, Psycho, Militant, Dirt Bag Terrorist.

When did Israel use Nuclear Weapons? I think those that were told to evacuate should have. Did they honestly think that Israel was not going to retaliate because Hezbollah was in the innocent peoples houses? They can be thankful that Israel was as careful as it was. They tried to take out only the Hezbollah, but the cowards hid amongst women and children.

the only country ever to use nuclear weapons was the USA, in 1945, on Japan. Israel has never used nuclear weapons, nor claim to have nuclear weapons.

Israel didn't use Nuclear weapons. As far as human rights goes the Lebonese got what they deserved. Hezbola has been shooting rockets into Israel for years, just to murder civilians. It's almost funny to see Muslims talk of human rights as they are commiting murder on a massive scale. Israel needs the nukes to keep the Muslims at bay.

Israel hasn't used nuclear weapons. If they had, there'd be some big, city-sized radioactive craters.
As for sould they be disarmed, yes, morally all nuclear nations have an obligation to disarm enshrined in the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty.
