YOUR BODY IS MOST FERTILE SHORTLY AFTER GIVING BIRTH. GO TO THE DOC AND GET A TEST.

You could be. As some of the other people suggested, a pregnancy test would be a good idea.

On the other hand, for some women it can take awhile for periods to come back. Many months, even.

Talk to your doctor. Your doctor should be able to give you better information on all of these issues, plus help you with contraception if you aren't ready to get pregnant again. Even if you want more children, that might be a good idea anyhow - your body just went through a major upheaval and it would be good to give it time to recover. Good for your health, and good for the health of your next kid.

Even if you are breastfeeding a little bit it could likely be enough to keep from getting your period back. Once you do not nurse at all it could then take a month or so. As long as you are nursing a little, your period may not come back. The average time for the period to return is 14 months.

Breastfeeding is up to 98% effective as a natural contraceptive for up to six months after childbirth if your period has not returned. This method of birth control is called the Lactational Amenorrhea Method or LAM. LAM is most effective when you can also answer “Yes” to the following questions:

Do you plan to breastfeed fully for at least 6 months after the birth of your baby? This means that at least nine out of 10 feedings are breast feedings. Breastfeeding women who depend on LAM to prevent pregnancy should limit the number of supplemental feedings given to their infants to no more than 5 to 10 percent for the best contraceptive results.

Do you plan to breastfeed your baby at least once every four hours during the day and every six hours during the night? The most significant impact on fertility is achieved when feedings are spaced out no more than four hours during the day and six hours during the night.

According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists or the ACOG, direct breastfeeding is the most effective method for women using LAM. Other feeding methods may “reduce the vigor and frequency of suckling and the maternal neuroendocrine response…” This may increase the probability of ovulation returning. Additional contraception is recommended for women who are unable to directly breastfeed during the majority of feedings, as described above.

I doubt you could be pregnant, two months just doesn't seem like an adequate amount of time to pace between pregnancies. Even though you aren't breast feeding habitually you are still producing milk, a good indication that your hormones are still in the nurture state.

What does breast feeding have to do with being pregnant. If you are not on birth control, then you have a good chance of being pregnant, didn't you know that? I suggest you get some birth control counseling before you have yourself a soccer team.

Go get a self test at the pharmacy. If it shows positive, make a doctor's appointment.

Not likely, but entirely possible. You didn't learn anything with the first one, and are flirting with fire already? Condoms are free at the health clinic; get some!
