I feel really bloated today, my clothes feel tight around the waist where they didn't when I put them on this morning. What can I do to get rid of the bloated "about to explode" feeling?

Avoid carbonated drinks
Do not use tight fitting clothes
Avoid legumes in your food
Using probiotics
Avoid foods containing lactose(e.g.MILK) if ur an asian as lactase deficiency is common among asians



if this does not help u can use as a last resort Antibiotics like
Metronidazole
erythromycin and Mosapride

Yeah that also happens when I drink too much water. I don't know how you get rid of bloating because they usually go away in a hour or so.

Peppermint Tea is great for bloating

Drink a lot of water, better if it's a low sodium one. Reduce salt when cooking to prevent water retention.

Well I haven't tried it, but supposably Midol is suppose to work for bloating, cramps, etc.

i went to asda/walmart and got some tablets called colper mill.
they are made with concentrated peppermint and it worked for me great!!!

I get it when I drink a lot of beer (hence the name) but then I fart a few times it goes away
