It's not a tape worm, they are called tape worms for a reason they're flat and wide. And they are an intestinal issue not a stomach issue.
But you really should take the puppy to the vet.

You really should stop posting on here, and take that puppy to the vet (along with what your pup threw up!!) The people on here mean well, but they cannot diagnose and/or treat your puppy.
As a responsible dog owner, you need to get your puppy to a vet and have it checked out by a professional.
If I had to guess, I would say your puppy has worms (which is very common in puppies) but it needs veterinary attention.
For the sake of your pup, please make a vet appointment AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!

Without seeing it in person, I'd have to say this is a roundworm. If he's throwing them up, you need to talk to the vet to make sure he's getting the proper dewormer. Don't self-treat, this is a pretty bad infestation. Plus, the dewormer is cheaper at the vet (I know, I've compared prices in my area) and you won't have to buy more than you need. Take the baggy with you, they shouldn't charge you to look at it. They may still want to check a fecal sample, but they should be able to at least get him started on dewormer. These worms are very common in puppies. Ps...he's a cutie! :)

Your pup has round worm, and needs to be taken to the vet to be dewormed and have a fecal test ran to make sure he doesn't have any other. Round worm is one of the easiest parasites for your pup to pick up, he could have even got it from his mom. Roundworms can come out both ends, the mouth and bottom, because they live in the stomache and intestine, and get so crowded they start pushing towards the exits. Important you get him dewormed ASAP! Good luck and little dewormer will fix your pup right up.

I also answered your other question but I wanted to add that this could possibly be Hookworms as well..... The difference between hookworms and roundworms is that hookworms have teeth on one end I can't tell from your picture so I thought I would add this...go here to learn about hookworms and thier treatment... http://www.marvistavet.com/html/hookworms.html
Go here for detailed picture of hookworms to compare.. http://bioweb.uwlax.edu/zoolab/Table_of_Contents/Lab-4b/Hookworm_1/hookworm_1.htm
You might have to get a fecal exam(or bring in your specimen if you still have it) to determine the exact species in order to treat the infection. It is imperative that you treat it as both species of these worms hook and round can lead to death... I suggest you take your dog to the vet for a fecal exam and get some dewormer right away. It is relatively inexpensive and could save your adorable pups life.

Your puppy is throwing up roundworms. Get him to a vet immediately or else call and go in and pick up medication. If you print out the picture, take it with you to the vet. He'll more than likely want to see the sweet puppy.

That is a type roundworm. This is serious, without vet help, ur puppy may die if you dont get him treatment. Lots of dogs die of worms if they dont get treatment, and hes only a puppy so you should take him to the vet immediately.

At that age...it could be anything , dont worry about it unless it continues. The pup probably has a upset stomach.
Pickin up a pup alot may cause this.
Let the pup be and play naturally. if the pup does not eat, then
your pup has contacted parvo virus from the grass outside and needs a doc and antibiotiics.
