When I'm interested in a man I always make good eye contact, smile a lot, and pay a lot of attention to him. In some cases I will go out of my way to "run into" him, and I always make sure to laugh at his jokes.
Keep in mind that we try to make things as obvious as possible knowing that men don't always pick up on the vibe. My point being if you're not sure if she likes you she probably isn't interested.

She will start taking an interest in you and trying to talk to you. She might also ask your friends questions about you to find out more.

she might look at you alot, and then turn away if she sees you lookin, um might send one of her friends over to ask questions bout you, she might just come up and talk to you, even if u dont know her, she'll just start a conversation, but the best way to know whether a girl like you is to ask her.

Smile and let the girl talk to you after you say Hi. Most girls think guys that listen and ask them questions to get them to talk more are great conversationalists.

make eye contact with her and see if she returns it. personally, i fall over for guys who are sweet and do stuff like say hey in the hall and give me a head nod. most girls give pretty obvious signals about the way they feel. u just have to take ctime to read them
