sounds like thrush......that is a yeast infection in the mouth. need script for that.......also have her rinse her mouth with peroxide and spit it out.......look inside and see where it is foaming up-infection-try rinsing every night before bed with that and give it a couple days.......otherwise family doc will be your best bet
floss her teeth for her everynight also.....tooth brush doesn't get between teeth and whats inbetween there realy stinks

Try acidophiles( the refrigerated type) most often the bad bacteria in your intestines is killing the good also eat fermented foods that don't have preservatives(refrigerated pickles) and scrape the back of your tongue
If this does not work go to the doctor.

Check for strep, or if she has loose teeth bacteria gets between the tooth and tissue which are loose and causes bad breath. You'll just have to wait for them to come out-there are probably other kids her age with the same problem.

For her bad breath, you can give her some mint leaves to munch on. If she won't munch on mint leaves then you can give her some mint flavoured candy or chewing gum (I used WRIGLEY'S GUM when I had a bad breath) .For her drooling, only a doctor can help.
