Be patient. You chihuahua wants to tell him where he belongs in the pecking order... this is an age/dominance thing. If you divide the time with them equally, this should help. Most adults are annoyed with puppies when they are so small. Ans where did you get your puppy? That is way too young! Most puppies that old are just learning how to play and interact with others...

First of all, he was separated from his litter far too young. He never got to learn proper socialization skills. My recommendation would be to get him into puppy kindergarten asap...this will teach him the things he didn't get to learn yet, and get him better socialized. Your chihuahua is probably trying to teach the puppy that the chi is leader of the pack. As far as the puppy biting...he needs to learn bite control. When he bites, yelp "ow" like a puppy would...this will teach him it's too hard. It wouldn't hurt to get both dogs into obedience classes...it will help them intereact better and also listen to you. At the very least, buy a book or video about dog obedience training...there are many wonderful ones out there. You need them to see you are the alpha. Do not allow them to get away with bad behavior. Many owners of small dogs do not do obedience training or discipline because they don't think the dogs need it...they do. I've seen more small dogs that are nasty than big dogs that are even slightly aggressive.

i have a chiuahua too, and he is always trying to eat my dalmatian...lol, so i know about the "little dog rage". but as far as the pug goes, dont leave them alone together, just let them socialize if you are right there.
