every cola bottle i see whether it is branded or not all have caramel colouring and now i want to know what colour cola actually is????

the base of all cola is water so the basic color would be clear.
Pepsi is spice based, so it would turn from crystal clear to cloudy before becoming brown
Coke is caramel based so it would turn from crystal clear to brown

i read it in the paper a little while ago. Coke is green before caramel additives are added
