Is a startup software company or a multinational software company best for freshers.?

i've got an offe from a statup company which offers a comfortable life . But now i hav oppurtunitiest o go for bigger mutlinational(like TCS and infosys) with better prospects. I am looking for experience in my first company. Which do suggest will be best?
