Get pictures from magazines or online that shows his hair really well. Then take the photos to a salon and show the stylist exactly what you want. Pay attention to how the stylist does your hair, what products they use, etc. so that you can do it at home.

Well, it ur hair, so if you really want it to look like McCartney's hair ask a professional stylist for steps. Then decide whether you're willing to take the risk of trying it yourself or if you're gonna stay on the safe side the first time by having a professional try-it.

Have it PROFESSIONALLY dyed blonde and get blonde highlights. You're gonna have to use a lot of hairspray or something to get it straight.
Yeah don't do it.
