1. you are friends.
2. you trust this person, and he trusts you.
3. you care about each other and always want what's best for each other.
4. you pay attention to each other, no one is lacking- you listen to each other and you talk to each other.
5. when you have a disagreement, youu talk it out, you dont fight and run away.
6. you support each other, and share each other's insterest as much as possible.
7. you both have the space and the freedom, to do what you want to do when you need to.
8. you take an interest in each other's family life, and you are there in support through any difficult encounter (when you can).
9. you are understanding and compassionate toward each other.
10. you enjoy each other's company (even if it is just strolling down the street)
11. you allow each other to be exactly who you really are, and love each other for the flaws.
12. you never end a day angry with each other, but listen, and try to understand.
13. you let go of your pasts and not consistently compare each other to your former companions.
14. you accept that you cannot learn everything about each other in one shot, but it takes time, how much time? as much time as you've got.
15. commitment...."I'm satisfied with what I'm building with you". nurturing each other, learning from each other, teaching each other.
16. helping to make life better for each other.

When a guy said that he would never want to see you sad, and when he is always there for you no matter how tired he is or how crappy his day had been!!! He will still give you a hug no cos he knows you need it!!! :)
