I suppose your crush doesn't kow how you feel, if not you won't call him your "crush". I suggest you pass him a hint or tell him straight off. Even if he doesn't like you, at least you don't get to waste your precious time.
As for your best friend, you can fire her. I'm serious. You will grow to regret if you keep her.

Look u should draw the line sometime, sit down with your crush, wait! does your crush even know u like him? Yeah u should try telling him because i think he knows u like him, hes just hiding it, and guys love women competing for them, that's just me, even if your crush is oblivious to your feelings toward him, ask him if he likes your best friend a little more and enough to date. Yeah Ive been jealous before and what ever u do dont act on anything, i swear. Cause if your jealous now think of how u might be if he starts doing this later on when u do go out with this guy. Well i would ditch your so called "friend" b/c you don't need her. I would also be put off by the guy flirting with your friend when he knows you like him, imagine if you two got together, what would he be like with other girls, he would flirt with them all and not even think about how you would be feeling. He's not worth it, you can do a lot better than him, just go out there and prove it.

Tell your best friend that you don't think it is appropriate that she carries on like that with your ex. Friends shouldn't be hitting or flirting with others ex's at the best of times. And if she is truly your friend then she will cease doing this to keep your friendship. Perhaps she isn't even aware of how you are feeling, or doesn't realize that it appears she is flirting and just feels she is being friendly.
