They go hand in hand. Emotions feed feelings, and feelings are born of emotions. So truly, there is no difference. But if we want to make certain our feelings are more under control...find the source of what is triggering your emotions. I find the Bible to help me out.

Your emotions are the physical results of your feelings. To emote is to produce a physical expression of a initial or inner feeling.

Sadness is an emotion when you show it via crying, It is a feeling when it is expressionless and internal.

Anger is an emotion when you scream and rant and rave or clench your fists and teeth. anger is a feeling when it seeths benegth a poker face.

One is a condition of the other being the same thing at the same time.

Feelings r immediate reactions to the external situations. For example, somebody passes a bad remark, u feel bad.
But u get emotionally disturbed when ur belief is broken.
So, feeling is temporary and momentary, wheras emotion is long-lasting, internal & even depends on ur nature.

there is no difference between them.they mean the same thing.your feelings goes with your emotions.that is the reason why when a person hurts your feelings,the person hurts your emotions
