Living in Britain, which tends to be more conservative about names, I've only ever heard of these as first names in the USA.
Paxton was originally a surname, and then became a first name. This happens a lot: Percy, Lindsey, Ashley, Kelly, Courtney, Cecil, Bruce, Howard were all originally surnames.
The surname Paxton probably originates from the Scottish place-name Paxton, which means Poecc's Town. (Nobody seems to know what the name Poecc means.)
Sabrina derives from the name of the English river Severn.
In Celtic legend Sabrina was the name of a princess who was drowned in the Severn.
More info on Sabrina and her river at: http://www.whitedragon.org.uk/articles/sabrina.htm
You might like to try just putting your name in inverted commas into Google and seeing how many of you there are in the world!
Hope that helps.

I have never heard of the name Paxton. I used to have a friend named Sabrina when I was in junior high- about 15 years ago. So that name has been out there for awhile.
