The only reason people wait is because they think they might get back together and don't want to ruin that chance by dating someone else. If that's not the case with you then date as soon as you want to. There is no grace period between break ups unless you don't feel ready. If your worried about the exs feeling don't be, because their called exs for a reason. If you both worried about the others feelings in the first place then you would still be together. Go out and have fun.
