Yes. Some people just like bashing my religion all the time. Some will even insult me saying all Muslims are terrorist. But I have nothing to do with terrorism. I have no idea what's the motivation for bashing other people's religion.

it depends. Everyone has the right to express their opinion but if it is causing workplace tension that interferes with productivity and efficiency in the workplace, or if there is just general strife in the workplace, I would first talk to the parties involved- then I would take more severe action.
It is one thing to have an opinion but my definition of 'bashing' would be belittling, deameaning and harrassing. I would not allow this from non Christians or Christians- it is okay to have and express and opinion but it is not okay to be rude, mean spirited, or cruel to someone else because of a disagreement over beliefs . This behavior does not belong in the workplace whether it is over religion or football, or politics- regardless the case- this behavior would warrant some type of disciplinary action.

If what they are saying is disrupting the running of the business, like, causing such a problem that no one can get their work done, then possibly yes. They at least need to be confronted by the boss and asked what is going on. But, I have to wonder why religion bashing is going on, do we need to take a look in the mirror ourselves? Our approach is key here, love not hate is the answer and preaching at people won't work. Lead by example, it speaks volumes. God Bless!!

i think it is against the law unless employee becomes disruptive to the workforce. it's america. they can be reassigned to a solitary place away from other people or given jobs they don't like, but that even takes finness. i question the wisdom in allowing so many immigrants being allowed in here from countries we are at war with.

You do know the Nazis were defeated? They never took America. We don't live under those types of laws. Well, by your logic, all Christians who bash nonchristians should be fired.

this makes no sense. Business aren't religious, they would discriminate against everyone who is Hindu and Muslim or Jewish if they said that their business was Christian.
