Troy Irving's 18-year-old Dodge Caravan has 72 amplifiers and 36 big 16-volt batteries to put out the 130,000 watts of power needed to rumble his nine 15-inch subwoofers. Now Things are always changing in the world of car audio, this is the loudest system I have read about. There is an article in Popular Science on Troy's Caravan if you want to read more about it.

i have in my Denali a wall of w7s there is 30 13w7 and the 30 jl 1000/1 to push them with 50 24 volt battery and + I'm putting in 20 more amps and w7 and 15 more battery later

The Team Rockford subs are really loud with the right box. I held a SPL contest this summer and a guy with ONE team Rockford sub hit 160db. He had to 3000 watt amps pushing one sub. I would say that is load.

w7 this, rocford and kicker that, anyone here ever heard of RE Audio, Adire, Adassa, those subs are way better than ANY of the main stream stuff, but if you think w7's are expensive dont even bother lookin at those subs

jl autio w7 subs and amps rockford fosgate has the t series but it is not as good as they say the w7s are very strong and reliable with a great warrenty but are very pricy
