Circumcised means they have a god-given cover to the head of their dic-- and some cover the head completely, some don't .If it is cut off it is very unfair because it cuts off 40% of the sensitivity. Unfortunately they do it without anesthesia to a baby who should have a choice in the matter unless for religious (Jewish)
or they can't pull the skin back. Girls have a covering on their clitoris, which is not ever cut off. But in some cultures some women seek amnesty in other countries.(Because they cut off the covering on the clitoris This is done in some tribal cultures mostly in Africa, sometimes when the woman is as young as 15.
Very painful, and really unnecessary. But who am I to judge? I was cut though and I'm damned pissed about it. They are doing it less now. Hope I helped :0)

well circumsized is when the doctor at birth takes the babies foreskin and like cuts it off somehow so all that extra skin isnt there... you will know if he is circumsized or not by all the extra skin on the head of his penis area...almost like they can jack themselfs off without lube just by moving this skin back and forth there is so much skin... it doesnt hang down or anything it is just around it ...hope that helps

You can tell a big difference between the two. Uncircumsized looks like the penis got it's head stuck in a turtle neck sweater.... circumsized is just better, and cleaner because the extra skin was removed.

circumsized is when the doctor removes a layer of skin from around the male penis ,I know its disgusting but if a guy rubs his hand across his penis like he`s jerking off and a nasty part of the skin moves with it that means he`s not circumsized

Oh, girl- you can tell! Circumsized is what MOST men have--it's the traditional looking penis, with the mushroom shaped tip, and regular shaft--It's uncircumsized that is different--this looks like ( not to be disrespectful) a dog's penis in the sense that when a dog gets excited, his weiner comes out of his skin---cuz it has protective skin around it--y'now those slippery toys that are filled with water, kindof the shape of a hot dog, and no matter how tight you try to grab it it slips right out of your hand--they're rubbery--It's like that over a man's deal when he's UNcircumsized.Personally, I prefer circumsized, cuz i never did like turtlenecks! :)
