I think all children go through this stage. Sometimes they are comparing you with their friends parents and, of course, we never measure up. (My son use to say that I was like no other parent he knew). Just be the best parent you can be and he will come around.

Believe me, he won't stave himself. He is either sneaking food from the fridge or he's eating more than you think.

if the child becomes stubborn and not eating properly means he wants more attention. My son does this when i usually had busy days and does not pay attention to him that he wants or sometimes he wants any toy and i say no without giving any appropriate reason. I think kids just feel ignored thats why they behave like it. Try to spent more time with your child for few days and ask about your child like and dislikes. The child will surely tell you how he feels (like my friend mom takes him out every evening in the park to play but you don't)(^_-) try it or you can go for an expert advice at parentlane app (https://bnc.lt/pl-discuss?rid=Nidhihanda)

Just keep talking to him and showing him how much he is cared for and loved. Maybe there is something else going on with him. Depends on how old he is. When he gets hungrey enough he will eat. If you are really concerend then maybe you need to talk to his doctor. This is he way of making you feel bad. He does not realize he is really only hurting hisself. Wish I had some more words of incuragement, but I don't. Talk to the lord ask him to help you . Good Luck.

Today, every parent faces this problem coz children always prefer junk food -they find it tastier, yummier. They prefer this to healthy food,It is parents who have to educate them with books, showing calorie content of junk and healthy food.
