It's really not easy to reset your body clock. Some parents, during a school break, have their child go to sleep 3 hours later each night for several days (taking measures to shut daylight out of their child's room) until the kid is waking up early enough for school. They then have to go to bed the same time every night (no exceptions for weekends or holidays) and get up the same time every morning (no exceptions). That's extreme, but it works.
Short of that, you want to make sure you wake up the same time every day. You want to make sure you get some exercise, maybe a walk after dinner. No caffeine after about 4 PM. Yes, that means no Coke or Pepsi, too. You'll need to have the self-discipline to turn off the computer and the TV about an hour before you go to bed. A bedtime routine like a bath or shower, then a half hour of reading or so can help.
Some of us can fall asleep to some music, some of us can't, but you can try and find some music that does not resolve its phrases to help you feel sleepy. I recommend slack key guitar masters like Keola Beamer, Ray Kane, and Ledward Kaapana, or Celtic music like Clannad or Enya. Quite a lot of classical music does not fit this bill, but maybe some Debussy or Faure's Pelleas et Melisande would be OK.
I'll be taking my own advice soon, as I embark on a trip with 11 hours of jet lag, each way!

You just ogtta change your sleep routine. Start going to bed earlier and after a few nights you'll get used to it.
As far as waking up on time: try SecureAwake from http://www.snoozester.com

Take 0.5 grms of Clonazepan one hour before your dinner. If you consider yourself a thinner person with 0.25 will be ok.
I bet you you will sleep earlier as usual.
