Peace comes from not agonizing about what the future will hold, and not sobbing about what has not or has happened in the past. Peace comes from accepting that you are here now, with a chance to make your dreams come true today, and if it doesnt happen today, you will not give up, because you have health and strength, and with each new day, you can try again. What is life, if not having the strength to continue trodding along until your time has come. Meditate, and believe that in its true time, everything that seems to be at war in your life and in your soul, will cease fire, and everything will fall into place. And when you have gone through it, and seen for yourself that it cannot be war everyday, you will teach the lesson to another soul, and peace will reach people over and over again.
The night brings peace, the river, even a babbling brook, birds singing, solitude in the woods, just the silence that comes from places that are void of the busy hustle and bustle of towns, and cities.

No where but your room alone,if it wont helps try installing some sensors dat block outside loud noises and keep your room deadly quiet!!! Or take your self to a quiet room!!! Or if we can say in the other way of peace find your inner most good thought and find your peace within you!
