For white wine pressing should do it. For red wine, racking or filtering.

if you half the grape and then squeeze it free of its skin it generally pops out the seeds.

IN your stomach you just swallow it ,no big deal ,it comes out without hurting you or the seed!

I used a old lard press,,,,,, but anthing you can put pressure with, and mash them.
