this happens every now and then that when like when iam going to see him or something my stomach starts hurting ..or i get all shaky and like i dont know yesterday i saw my boyfriend like it was a surpires becaues he said he would come back to my school and then i was walking and i was all sad .then i tould my friend everyone looks like my b.f and it was him! i got so happy i went walking wit him home but i felt like i was all inside of me shaky like i kinda walked all funny but only i could feel that noone eles could notice...i mean why do i get all ...u know..when iam wit him..OoOo...WHY DOSE HIS HEART GO ALL FAst ..becaues everytime i put my head on his chest its going fast when were just doing nothing...iam 15...dont think were old!

i had the same thing happen to me when i dated a guy in high school. later on i was diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. it might be because the idea of a boyfriend is overwelming when you r younger. try some breathing excercises to release the anxiety. what i do is make a tight fist then release it, it feels like you r releasing the stress. i know exactly how you feel cuz i went through the same thing. and i know its not like butterflies. my fiance now gives me butterflies, not a panic attack! talk to your doctor to see if its anxiety disorder

it depends on how logn you have been with him.... the first couple of months that is just how you are going to be all shaky and nevrous becuase you want to do everything right for that person and then after you'll get to know him more and you'll get more comfortable around him... but it is proabably just nevres getting to you it happens to all of us.
