Use a Mouli Mill. You throw in the cooked grapes and turn the handle. The pulp and juice come through the stariner and the seeds stay in the handle section. It holds about a quart at a time.

put it in a juicer blending machine and after grinding the seeds will be settled in the bottom. You can then take the juice and seeds will be left behind.
