Hotdog for me is mustard and onions

Hotdog: like you, mustard and onions
However, when I go to Byron's in Chicago I get it with everything, which includes tomato slices, celery salt, relish, etc. I also get a Fanta Red Cream soda.
Hamburger: this varies, but lately it's been romaine lettuce, slice of tomato, grilled onion, ketchup and mustard, then the hambruger patty (which was seasoned only with salt and pepper)with melted cheddar cheese.
Oh, the bun is definitely toasted!!

Hot Dogs - Cheese, Mustard, Pickle Relish, Chili (not all at once though)
Hamburgers - Cheese, Mayo, BBQ Sauce, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, Sour Kraut (not all at once though)

I like pepper cheese, tomato, and mustard on my burger.
I don't like hotdogs because I don't eat anything with a butt.

Hot dog...nothing,no bread no nothing,even eat them cold,or almost burned.
