well yes of course there are far worse things i suppose but isnt it horrible

Disgusting: finding a hair in a forkful of food.
Revolting Beyond Words: discovering that there WAS a hair in the food you just put in your mouth because you can feel it wrapped around a molar as you try to swallow.
This actually happened to me once, and I couldn't eat for two days.

As bad as finding foreign articles in our food, it is much worse to have no food, which is the case for almost 1/3 of the world's people. (and I agree with you, I hate finding any foreign matter - paper, pet hair, etc. in my food, but I try to remember to be grateful that I and my family have "our daily bread" to complain about.)

I don't think there is anything worse.I know there is other things that you can find in food but a hair gets in your teeth.I guess the other things just go down better and you don't know it.

yes it is bad, but then i think that if my hair ended up in someone elses food and grossed them out, Its like I want to say, HEY, My hair is Clean. Weird.

I once found a breaded feather in my KFC. Not worse than a hair but I haven't eaten it since. How much do they inspect their chicken?

i once ate at olive garden...i got lasagna and as I was almost 1/2 way through it, i went to cut another piece and in between the layers of noodles i found a piece of paper....it was a reciept for someones food. now that was BAD!!
DO NOT GET LASAGNA FROM OLIVE GARDEN!!!
