and obviously be in a different body or would your spirit never exist? It is probably impossible to know the answer to this but what are your thoughts?

I know you might think this is silly but i do believe i would exist if i was not born to the parents i had. i believe my spirit lives on , the the shell (body) dies, but the main purpose of life is the soul (spirit) to live and learn, I believe the shell (form) in which my spirit inhabits dies, not my soul. when this body dies my soul will go on to live and learn and teach no matter what form i will take.

I think we are a product of chance , why do we belong to a certain race or a set of parents , or sex, why do we exist now and not a thousand years ago ? We are made up of all those ingredients , mix them differently and its a totally different person and not "us"

No you wouldn't, you are the product of your parents. If you existed elsewhere you would be the produce of other parents but they would be yours and you would be a different person.

I don't think I would exist. Souls don't exist, and the idea of an immortal soul is ludicrous. Where did we exist before birth if we have an immortal soul? Did our souls exist before god, they must have if they are immortal. Crazy stuff.
