why everytime when i see my b.f and i put my head on his chest his heart is kinda fast?and why do i get all shakey!?!?

yup it sounds like you two are in love. its just a thing that happens to us all when we find the special someone we want to hold for the rest of our lives. you should be happy that you both feel as strongly, as it sounds you both are, toward each other.
