Nope, not my call. If I were on a jury and it was proven they did it, I would have no trouble in giving the death penalty but it still would not be sending them to Hell. If they repented before being executed, they could go to Heaven yet so not my call on that one but God's.

No, how do you know what the future holds for the person? Who are you to decide his fate? Murdering a murderer makes you the same as he is regardless of the rationalization.
