you can't Target just a few areas of your body and want to lose weight you have to lose weight overall, to do this you have to eat more good foods for you body like steak is a really good one very good for you, fish is also really good for you because you get lots of vitamins and it is also a really good food for your body to lose weight
hope this helps....

Oh, ignore people. I hate people like that. But honestly, they probably see it b/c you do. Act like it doesn't bother you and stop drawing attention to it, and nobody will notice, you know?

But in order to lose weight there you have to lose weight in general; there is no such thing as spot fat burning. You can't just lose it from your stomach alone, IOW. So you need to diet a bit in order to lose the fat. Eat more fruits and veggies (lots of veggies), drink lots of water (8+ glasses a day), keep your sugar intake to a minimum (processed sugar I mean, like cakes and cookies....the more of that stuff I eat, the more "puffy" my stomach gets).

But crunches will help tone the muscle underneath on your stomach. I'm working my way up 100 a day, can do 75 at the moment. For your thighs, I've found that riding a bike is really helping to thin down my thighs. I have an exercise bike, similar to the ones you see in the gyms, the Lifecycles, and a half hour a day on that burns the fat off my upper thighs and builds mega muscle. I still have a big tummy and a big booty, but man, I've got great legs. LOL

Agree with "Clayton 2 hotty" .

Unfortunately, there is no way to target areas for fat loss. You can do exercises to firm the areas, but the area will still be covered by a layer of fat unless you lose weight over all. This will probably take a healthy diet and good exercise plan. I suggest a weight room work out to work all your muscle groups (best for stimulating fat loss) combined with light cardio or walking. Don't be fooled by people who tell you working with wieghts will make you bulky like a female body builder, that is a myth.
