Honey, you sound healthy so i wouldn't worry about it. But, if you really want to know, find out your BMI (body mass index) and then you can work from there. there is a great one at seventeen.com if you wanna check it out!

5'1 and 120 lbs. is a healthy weigh depending on your age. Eating vegetables will just make you healthier, so try to find different ways of preparing them that will make them more tasty to you. I can't stand raw vegetables at all, but I can eat just about any kind of vegetable after I cook it in olive oil and garlic with a little bit of salt.
You can actually gain about 10 more pounds and still be a healthy weight as long as you are eating healthy and exercising with it. Remember that women are supposed to have more body fat then men.

I guess you are bit too over weight. Do you do some exercise ?OR just work out ?
First of all drink plenty of water in the morning after waking up. Dont eat anything for the next 1 hour. Go for a brisk walk. If you are really serious then I can suggest you do Yoga. If you need any help on Yoga then please write back to me with your pics.

At 5'1" you canweigh 210 lbs and still be under weight. You don't have to eat vegetables if you don't like them. Eat lots of good, sweet candy and treats like Twinkies and Mallobars and forget about weight. Live it up. Be happy. Have a ball and another Hostess cupcake.

Don't listen to wheel's advice above me. True happiness is accepting the way you are. You are not over weight. But if you want to better yourself, just do it in a safe manner. Check your body mass index. Keep in mind, it is a generic equation, and doesn't take into account a persons skeletal frame...
