By this I mean picturing something in your mind's eye over and over again, then having it manifest as your reality?

Sure! I had visualized some future events takign place and it finally did happened. One need to realize that the mind can manifest whatever it think of. Every phenomena we experience in the world arises from our minds. If one can diligently visualize, the events will eventually manifest within your life. Take care.

Yes, I used visualization when giving birth to my third child he came out so fast that his face was bruised. Also, if he had not come out so fast he would have choked to death because the cord was wrapped around his neck. It was amazing, every contraction I pictured him moving down the birth canal.

Yes I do it naturally all the time and have learned to be careful what I wish for ; ) There's lots of books out on creative visualization that will help you learn to do it.
