Start off like this: Cut out snacks, those in between junk foods that you don't really need. Substitute with fruit, celery or carrots...did you know some foods have so little calories tht your body has to burn more calories to digest them that the food itself contains? Celery and carrots are two of those foods.
Nextly, cut back on your portions. Put your food on your plate. Half of your plate should be veggies...the rest whatever else. Don't go back for seconds. Instead chew and eat your food very slowly and with purpose.
Drink water with your meals or a glass of skim milk. Drink lots and lots of water during the day as it will help flush the fat out of you literally!
Walk every day. Just 15 minutes a day but half an hour would be best. You will drop 20 pounds in a few weeks just by doing the above.
Remember to try and eat less fatty foods...easy on or skip the gravies, french fries, burgers...go light on them if you do have them..ie skip the cheese and bacon, etc...eat what you like but in smaller portions, less goop and oil and fats on them...and walk, walk, walk. I say walk because most people will not exercise but walkign is just as good as any other type of exercise and the best thing for someone just starting out to get active.
Put on your mp3 player and you will really enjoy your walks too.

u can look for the reasons that made u become fat first like family history and that kind of stuff,then u look in ur way of eating do u eat fats alot and sweets and drink alot of peppsi and juice stuff,and then start to look for answers for every step we got.
if family history there should be a way medicine created to get over that hello we r in the new millinium.
if the second if u always fel sad and bad cos u r lonely u can go to socila clubs or even to meetings that pl that got some weight can support each others and that will make se how ur weight is not that heavy to others there are alot of ppl have more weight more than u.
then we start to stretch out arms and hands and get ready for doing a litle sports everyday or day after day an eat some food that is fresh and not cans or with lots of fat like water is good to drink drink lots of water,and eat an apple and a slide of chese in the morning and then g for a walk for about 10 to 20 minutes,then come back and drin lots of water again and try to focus on reading something or get dressed in sporty way and go to gym u start with someone specialist instead pay alot for food pay for ur health cos that is better and make ur self steam and confidence high to urself not for the others opinion u should know that and always make tiny meals and seperated every 4 or 3 hours have a meal vegetables,water,some salad without oil or light oil,and stuf like that and after few months u'l se the diference really that will make u rock lol:P hope that helps.

Portion size is the answer as well as moderate exercise. No one should over do it, but starting out exercising with something simple like walking makes a huge difference.

Diet and exercise. Gastric Bypass Surgery is also an option. My mother knows several coworkers that have gone throught the procedure and have had great success.

Constanly cut your proprtions in half until your stomach isback to the normal size. Then you start to work out and become healthy and maintain a healthy weight for your height and age.

1) Complain about it and not doing anything about it
2) Get a fitness trainer to make sure he/she stays on his/her workout
3) Go jogging everyday (I swear if you do this you WILL loose weight)
4) Go on a diet (A must!)
Eat subway. It's delicious AND healthy. Just don't eat too much.. I know how addicting they can be!

lots of exercise and a good diet plan. it takes work but if u stick 2 it u'll make it. and don't listen 2 anyone who tells u 2 throw up or starve yourself. u need 2 respect ur body. and those things may seem easier but there not ...trust me i no.
