Anyone and any Country can claim to be Christian,. What someone thinks constitutes being a Christian and what someone else believes, can be two very different things.

The problem with your argument see is that you are associating a political/environmental/economic concept with a religious one. The way I see it, you are technically proposing that Christian-Majority in a nation = Nuclear weapons and pollution.
If you had even the slightest bit of sense you would remember that China and Russia have significant arsenals of nuclear weapons and they do not have Christian majority-populations (Russia perhaps...but they also have significant numbers of Atheists and other-non Christians). Also the decision to have or not have nukes is not dependent on religion but ostenebly on national security needs. You would also remember that pollution comes about as an unintended byproduct of certain technologies and processes used by all people (not just Christians or westerners).
Why exactly these things happen...it will take too long and I am not exactly qualified to answer that. All I am saying is that religion has nothing to do with these issues, thus making your argument both null and void.

That's odd. I didn't even know that Fiji and Samoa had nuclear weapons. If you want to attack the United States use some other denominator besides Christianity. The US has been post-Christian for over 50 years. And most of Europe has been post-Christian for over 100 years.
Too many people in the US think because they identify themselves as Christians that they are . Wrong! Read on:
by Prof. Cary Lantz of the Family Studies Dept. at Liberty University, Lynchburg, Va
"And, while I couldn't put my hands on the report right at the moment, Barna reports that something like 26-27% of Christians identifying themselves as "born again" have been divorced. (I hope I'm not slaughtering his exact language too badly.) (However, to reinforce your point made re: Catholics, Barna also found that -- again from memory, so don't quote me -- something like 30-35% of those identifying themselves as "born again" felt that Jesus wasn't totally sinless! This is heresy to historic Christian faith. My point is not so much theological as it is to affirm your point that people are endorsing labels on surveys (e.g., "Catholic", "evangelical", Christian", "born again") which may be fairly meaningless as far as clarifying their personal beliefs. The labels may be, as you say, "ethnic", or in the case of the diverse ethnic groups comprising Protestantism, the labels may represent a "generational" identity."

Just because the majority are Christians, does not mean the country has any morals, to say you are a christian is not the same a being one. It's too easy to buy what you want without realizing that your actions affect not only yourself, but the world. We have to learn to think. And I really don't think God has blessed this country so we can destroy the world, do you>

It's not related to religion...As you notice most western scientists don't believe in religion or in God....It's related to economic and scientific advance and taking the advantage that the Islamic countries have taken a long nap..but they will wake up...and remember that the basis of the modern science and technologies were discovered by the Muslim scientists in the middle ages while Europe was wandering in the darkness.

I ain't no big supporter of any religious group, but your logic has problems, because these same countries can be said to have the highest standard of living, the best health care, the best education, etc.

If your argument holds any water, then Bequia, which has a 99.99 percent Christian population should be filled with nukes and be heavily polluted. Unfortunately for your argument, Bequia is pollution-free and nuke-free.

Read a book, not by just the small amount of scientist who cry, "the sky is Falling". The earth is moving along just as it should. Oh the question: Because we can of course.
