At your age, your skin is alot more elastic. You should be ok, just lose it slowly. 1 to 2 pounds a week.

A 16 year old should not have trouble with flabb, because your body at 16, is in a regenerative state. In other words, your body and it's cells are still growing. And your skin has an elasticity that will contour with your body's weight loss as long as you exercise and do no crazy ,fast crash, diet.

At your age you skin should be resilient enough to adjust. The older one gets, the more sagging so you need to stay within 5-10 of your goal you're entire life. Good Luck. Start eating correctly now and it will be easy for you the rest of your years.

Cosmetic surgery.
Depend on how much you need to lose but a friend of mine lost 12 stone (168 lbs) on a crash diet and had no choice but to get the "bat wings" chopped off.
Even with gradual loss you will end up with stretch marks.
