Nope she doesn't! In Islam A mother is a mother and whether ur divorced or separated or widowed u are still the mother of ur children no matter what. That is Islam! and ur children has the responsibility over u when u grow old and not give to home for the elders.Islam prohibits taking old parents to the home for the elders instead sons and daughters are given the responsibility to take care of them when they grow old.Remember ur mother take care of u with burden in her body and take care of u when u are a growing child.U must give back to them what they give to you.So the answer even if a divorc woman remarry she still have the right to her children no matter what!

I think only the man can get a divorce and if he does he gets the children. I know thats how it is(or was) in iran (at least most of the time) In america the mother more often gets the child in all races but that statistic has quickly been changing.

I fyou are in th Us I would think Us law woul be all that you have to worry about . I would ahte to think thst just because a woman remariied she would lose her children. I would have have been devastated and would not have been able to remarry. I had 8 children at the time of my divorce and kept them all.

This isn't a yes or no question, there are many factors that get a counted for, age of the children, male or female, the situation of the father, would they be safe with the mothers new husband, and would they be safe with the fathers new wife.
