Some people are so desperate to find a mate that they push too hard. They give the impression that they are too quick to get attached. It is often said (and I found this true) that you will never find your mate by looking for them. They find you when the time is right. You cannot go out and conduct a frantic search for the right person. You need to put yourself in the position to be available, but just wait until the right person happened to come along to that same place. It take a lot of patience, but it is true.

they are either really picky and looking in the wrong places or they lack confidence and ambition to find that perfect mate

either people dont know what they want in a mate or the other people lie, cheat and steal to get what they want.
