I have braces, and when I went to my last ortho, they said my gums are very "inflamed". They said to be sure to floss, but i sucked at flossing before i got braces. It's basically impossible. Is there anything else that cleans like flossing does?

there is no replacement for flossing, hun. Got to do it.

Got a floss threader? That works nicely.

Try Crest Pro Health rinse in the morning and at night make sure you use ACT fluoride rinse! :)

I've seen a mechanical flosser advertised it might be made by water pik. Check at Walmart, Target etc. Otherwise the original water pik that squirts water, or Crest floss threaders with the floss attached are another option.

You can try one of those water dental floss machine as the ones made by Waterpik. They cost around $25-$50 more or less and work pretty good.
