Ive heared that you do but want quite sure so thats why im asking

Yes, it is true. Your body gets used to the sweating because of the many movements during the work-outs. So even when you don't work out and you move a bit more than usual, you will start sweating quite fast.

What a load of rubbish, I don't mean you obviously, it's just that I rarely sweat even when it is extremely hot here (when we get the weather) or abroad. I don't know why, perhaps it's to do with our each individual sweat glands. You hear of people sweat so much (their hands, feet as well as armpits, dripping in fact!) that they go to the doctors to have the sweat glands stop producing - I believe it is Botox the Doctors use, it deadens the muscles etc.

I heard this too...I read it in a magazine, can't remember which one though (maybe you saw the same thing?!) I'd also like to know if it's true or not coz I've been going to the gym for quite a while and have noticed i sweat more; I read that n it made me feel proud lol!!

Well I would'nt say I was fit in any way and I sweat during the night so bad I need a change of jamas 3 or 4 times ..........

When I was alot bigger and less fit I didn't sweat at all but I sweat like crazy now so that might just be true.

I would say it is the opposite, but sweating may also be related to genetics.

yes, your metabolism is quicker to get stared and you burn fat earlier. Cos you have less crap to get through first
