I need a testing lab that will conduct an accelerated durability test on a heart valve.

National Institute for Science and Technology [NIST]. This place does research on safety and durability of products. If it has a medical branch...then maybe it will test the heart valve for you, but they probably would expect you to be further along in the development and FDA approval process.

On the other hand, as a heart valve (I am assuming you are talking about something man made) is regarded as a medical device, you as the manufacturer have the responsibility of testing it yourself. This is an expensive process and even more expensive if you have to create the infrastructure to do it for yourself. It might be less expensive to contract with a hospital where famous heart surgeons like Denton Cooley work. It is likely that they have laboratories where animal research is done and you could pay them to test it for you.
