i just got one last night for $40. guess i didn't have a permit to park on that street during those hours. i have state farm auto insurance. i'll pay it right away, but will it raise my insurance rate?

Not the parking ticket itself but if you don't pay it that will
show up on your credit rating and stuff on your credit rating
will make insurance rates go up or down.

No. I have State Farm also. I think only tickets that involve getting points on your license make your insurance go up.

No it shouldn't, it's just one of those give me ur money tickets most the time but make sure u pay it on time. but then again it depends on where u live an the local laws
